- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was reaching out to Doctors in the local area and wanted to start a relationship with a local Dr. After being on a waiting list for over a month I got a call from their office and they stated that I would need to pay upfront $227 for a consultation. My insurance covers three visits a year with BCBS HMO. I stated that my copay was $40 for those visits. The secretary stated that it was not covered. Filed complaint with BCBS and they stated that it is covered. Would not recommend because it seems they are only interested in making money and not helping out clients. Sounds like they just want cash up front without the responsibility of actually treating anyone.January 05, 2017by Mike G
