- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It's unfortunate to say I had a difficult experience at the extremely unorganized Hawthorne Medical Associates office. Be sure to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork, they won't tell you that initially. I was on time and after 15 mins of paperwork the Dr. Mabry himself guilted me for being late and that "He had another patient in 5 minutes so we needed to be quick". The entire staff seemed to be in a rush to do everything, being rude to everyone in the process (Including to each other, their own colleagues. Right in front of their patients.) in a slow office. Their customer service skills were incredibly lacking and I left in tears after already being nervous to come to this new office. I work in a doctor's office myself, (maybe that gives me higher expectations) and I couldn't believe the lack of friendliness they showed toward me as their new patient. I am usually not one to post reviews at all- let alone a negative one, but I needed to share this. Spare yourself the frustration, find a better office!October 09, 2017by Catherine Rose
