- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Strickland was nice enough and seems to be good at what he does but the office staff leaves something to be desired. After having multiple issues with getting them to do their job with my insurance company, many phone calls and two visits in person to discuss insurance and payments, I decided to take my families business else where. Office staff was actually very rude to me at one point about paying out of pocket then later received a check from my insurance company and was forced to reimburse me.
